Closed Sales Show Strong Numbers in 2011 for the Port Royal Area


As of April 9th, 2011 there have been 16 home sales in the Port Royal area, ranging from $1,650,000 for an older home on a dry single lot to $12,500,000 for a newer home situated on a lot and a half of wide water. There has also been 1 non-MLS lot sale year to date for $3,680,000 for a single lot. Along with these, there has also been a large amount of activity in the Olde Naples and Aqualane Shores areas that have lead to an encouraging number of closed sales for 2011. These are the black and white numbers of the current market, and the 2011 season will continue to reflect the steady recovery of this and the surrounding waterfront areas.
