Currently in May there is about $7,000,000 in pending sales, and there has been approximately $9,000,000 in closed sales, month to date. 832 21st Ct S was a brand new builder spec that was just over 4,000 sq ft of living area and sold for $3,250,000 unfurnished, or $801 sq ft. The home was non-waterfront, but offered dockage at the end of the street.
