The Olde Naples new construction cottage was asking $3,850,000 and offered just over 4,200 square feet under air. This home is in an excellent location and is situated on a narrow 58 X 150 lot. On a price per foot basis this is landing near $900 per square foot which is about average for the existing market conditions. We are now back in a market that pre-construction sales are not at all uncommon.
