Airport Traffic Up in June for RSW

There has been a slight increase in airport traffic according to a Lee County Port Authority report. It shows that 481,512 passengers traveled through Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in June of 2015, which is a 0.6 percent increase from June 2014. Other good news is that year-to-date traffic is up 4.4 percent from the same period last year. The traffic leader in June was Delta with 118,259 passengers traveling to and from Fort Myers. Rounding out the top five airlines were Southwest (111,362), JetBlue (55,793), US Airways (46,251) and American (35,990).

Naples is fortunate to have many international buyers visit during the summer months and some of the repeat visitors will give serious consideration to buying a seasonal vacation property.
