Naples knows how to spread holiday cheer Florida-style - with an abundance of festive lights, music, and even snow. We’re not talking about the cold stuff that so many are here to avoid, though, so don’t hesitate to venture out to these amazing must-attend holiday events to kick off the season this November in Naples:
Christmas on Third Tree Lighting and Snow Celebration
11/25 6 P.M. - 9 P.M.
Historic Third Street South never disappoints with their annual tree-lighting event. Kick off the holiday season in a winter wonderland. “Snow” falls, music delights, and Santa entertains. Merriment can be found in every courtyard, and on each street and sidewalk. Restaurants are bustling with cheer. Snow continues to fall Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday evenings of Thanksgiving week at 7 P.M., and every Thursday in December.
11/29 5 P.M. - 8 P.M.
The Village Shops on Venetian Bay host a festive annual Tree-Lighting Ceremony, complete with Santa and Mrs. Claus appearances, photo opportunities, stories, carolers, snow, and face painting. The tree, over 100,000 twinkly lights bright, will be illuminated at 7 P.M. Bring the whole family for a magical winter evening.
Night Lights in the Naples Botanical Garden
11/29-12/23, 12/26-12/30, 1/1-1/5 6 P.M. - 9 P.M.
Bask in the holiday season amid the natural beauty of the illuminated tropics. Meander through Naples Botanical Garden’s collection of festively adorned foliage, while soaking in performances from Opera Naples Youth Chorus and Naples Ballet.
