The 35th Annual Great Dock Canoe Races will take place once again this year on Saturday, May 14th, 2011. The time-honored local celebration commences in Olde Naples at 11 am on Crayton Cove, with the theme this year being Rednecks and Royalty. Ahh, I can picture it now.
Boats will fill Naples Bay for this all-day event. First Book of Collier County is the beneficiary. This kickoff to the summer is an experience not to be missed. In addition, Naples Bay has Port Royal, Aqualane Shores, and Royal Harbor residential properties on its waterways.
