Kathy Peterson

A native of Massachusetts, Kathy graduated from Springfield College with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Education. She went on to Event Planning and Sales Management roles in the Boston area where she learned early on the importance of superb customer service, valuable vendor relationships, and targeted marketing campaigns.

Kathy moved into the real estate arena and relocated to Naples in 2015. Gaining extensive experience locally, Kathy helps clients with every aspect of the real estate transaction process and uses her finely honed communication skills to craft creative marketing strategies and ensure her clients are apprised of all contract details. It is Kathy’s goal to build and maintain strong relationships with her clients and to always represent their best interests during negotiations, fostering clients for life.

Kathy is joining John Croce in his team at Gulf Coast International Properties. Kathy is a busy mother of four, and in her spare time served as Executive Director and on the Board of many charitable organizations. She volunteers at many local organizations including Youth Haven and Special Olympics. An enthusiastic athlete, Kathy has a passion for running, tennis, golf, writing, and photography. She looks forward to sharing her love for beautiful Naples with her clients.
